Does the West actually have enough intelligence to allow Al-Qaeda to respond?

Does Al-Qaeda actually have enough self-control to fight peacefully by responding to the calling of justice, peace and joy, in the powerful Spirit of love and wisdom? Fighting peacefully specifically means to give up violence from suicide to rape to murder.

In truth, there is no such a thing as one side, such as terror, versus the other, being anti-terror. Each side need the other in order to exist, hence, the ENTITY of TERROR-ANTI-TERROR is the ennemy, common to both and affecting all, as it lives as a parasite within our own sense of percetion rooted in tradition, distorting and keeping each one, for whatever reason, from the Eternal's peace of God within our hearts, spirit, soul and body.

In God's name, I ask for both sides of the equation to join in causing the death of the entity of terror-anti-terror, by learning to get into the passage from the spiritual division of human DNA to the organic experience of spiritual unity. This exercise shall empty the power of self-destruction into self-control and community self government.
