In Bangladesh, Now six division, it can be 64 divisions. Then the Map of Bangladesh will be more protected. The employment size will be larger then now on. Education and employment is the basic needs of all youth.

Then the Thana's can be district. The unions will be Thana. The village will be draw it's own color. If all the thinking will be established, The communication will be more protected and poverty eradicated.

But one thing, if government make it very fast then the sustainability come to our hands very quickly. Because from this way generation to generation will be benefited.
