Inclusion is power of light and exclusion is the opposite color. Inclusion can be come to our societies through social norms which we left past days and exclusion in days dangerously increase because social norms and equity loses.

Unity is power but political views make humans different. In the public sense, it can be omit but it will take time for in its societies.

Exclusion can be omit through employment and proper education. Because, its come from the frustration. So, I think inclusion is proper education and employment in the area of unemployment.
