Statistics about Morning Breath

In the region of 35% of the world's populations have a persistent, obvious bad breath situation that more often than not leads them to look for assistance from an expert. This first congregate have bad breathe distress 24 hours per day, including dry mouth, taste disorders, and certainly morning breath.

Another 35% of people are "borderline" meaning that their breath seems fresh throughout the day, but they can easily reach chronic levels - if they eat certain foods (dairy, alcohol, sugars), after taking medication (antihistamines, antidepressants, high blood pressure medication) and always when they wake up - in other words, morning breath.

The remaining 30% rarely worry about their breath. The only exceptions are when they eat garlic and onions, or upon wakening (morning breath).

So what is going on with morning breath? Just about everyone has morning breath to some degree or another!

Learn what causes morning breath and how to stop it in this great free ebook THE BAD BREATH BIBLE.

What Is Bad Breath and What Causes It?

Why do people Have It?

Nearly all occurrences of bad breath and taste conditions engage a collection of anaerobic sulfur- generating bacteria, which live underneath the plane of your tongue, in your throat, and recurrently in your tonsils (if you up until now have tonsils). These bacteria respond to changes within their surroundings by producing stinking and awful tasting Volatile Sulfur Compounds (VSCs). These Volatile Sulfur Compounds (VSCs) consist of hydrogen sulfide (smells similar to rotten eggs), methyl mercaptan (smells similar to old Gym socks), Putrescine and Cadaverine (smells as good as old garbage) and numerous other chemicals.

The ONLY established and tested approach to get rid of bad breath is to transform your current oral surroundings so that it will be ‘less friendly’ toward creating, producing and sustaining the Volatile Sulfur Compound producing bacteria that causes bad breath and distasteful mouth flavour. This is the ONLY WAY, which you will be able to effectively eliminate and eventually control bad breath.

There is this book THE BAD BREATH BIBLE that contains a variety of approaches and systematic guide on how to do this.

SOME of the conditions that trigger bad breath and halitosis include:

• A dry mouth

• Thick saliva

• Surplus mucus in the throat

• Post nasal trickle

• Diet containing high and excessive proteins for instance red meat, dairy products, beans, etc.

• Smoking

• Alcohol in beverages or amazingly in mouthwash

• Hormonal variations

• Medications with dry mouth as its side effect e.g. medications for high blood pressure, anti-depressants, anti-histamines, and many more

• Record of diabetes

• Special kinds of diets, for example, Atkins Diets or further high protein diets

• Too much use of oral products that are “old-fashioned” containing Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and alcohol
