Election or bust.

The rumor mill is grinding away…grinding the speculation about an election down into the finest possible specks. But while we all wait for what is now either inevitable or a truly hilarious prank, Canada’s World is springing into action. We’re determined to make our role in the world a priority during the next six weeks, and we’d like your help.

Our first step is to try to develop the three questions about our role in the world that matter most to Canadians. What three questions would you like to ask your leaders, to get the truth from them about their approach to international issues? We’ve already got a small list of suggestions, including:

How will we know if we’ve been successful in Afghanistan? What will or will not have happened there?  ~ Alison, Toronto

Will Canada take a leadership role in reducing trade barriers for products from developing countries?  ~ John, Vancouver

But we’d like more input from you. Leave your suggested questions in a comment on this post. While you’re at it, take our poll on the global issue that matters most to you as a voter.
