VCT Campaign Project, 30th September Blog , Village Sessions for Rural youth anti-AIDS clubs at LIBA, Rwanda

Hi GYCA Friends,

In order to empower rural youth anti-AIDS Clubs, we are on a stage of holding teaching sessions. For the second session at LIBA we taught the club members about Reproductive Health and Family Planning. It were interesting topics for these young people. The session was interactive and interesting on both sides. That was for the LIBA Anti-AIDS Club.

For another Anti-AIDS Club being initiated at BUKOMEYE Village, recruitment process has somehow been delayed and sessions would start within upcoming weeks. Also Next week, specific sessions will be held for primary school pupils at BUKOMEYE Primary school.
Also we have already contacted Centre DUSHISHOZE and NYANTANGA Hospital for VCT Services. We are planning to provide VCT free services just after having taught all topics on HIV/AIDS and VCT.

Thanks for all organisations and individuals who are supporting technically our project.

Look forward receiving you comments and advices.

Thank you.
