Now this is an issue that I usually get worked up about. Its apparent that human rights have only recently come to such prominence. Though I'd definitely have to attribute this shift to our growing interconnectedness and global networking, I think that we still have a long way to go to ensure that every nation on this planet upholds universal human rights standards. Until then, Im going to try with my best efforts to reach that goal.
