Colombia is on fire!!! Related to country: Colombia
Montevideo, Uruguay - 5 November. Colombia is on fire! Young leaders from Colombia are getting ready to organize an amazing event to promote MDG´s and youth participation in Colombia. Hosted by the Universidad Nacional Abierta( Open National University) and the Universidad Nacional a Distancia the event called "Youth working for MDGs" promise to gather 200 young leades to discuss and buid a network to promote MDGs in Colombia. The event is organized by Grupo Tayrona and PeaceChild Colombia. Grupo Tayrona is a youth led organization devoted to promote a sustainable environment in Colombia. PeaceChild is an international organization devoted to promote youth led development activities around the world. The event is suposed to be the first stage for a National Campaing on Youth and MDGs and it will be from December 1st to December 3rd Way to go Colombia!
