Zimbabwe has the highest overall literacy rate in Southern Africa at 90
percent followed by South Africa with 86 percent, according to the latest
United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation statistics
on literacy in Africa.

This development prompted the University of Maryland in the United States to
give Zimbabwe an award for excellence in education at the Second African
Awards in January this year in recognition of the investments made by the
Government in the education sector.

The statistics, released during celebrations to mark International Literacy
Day that falls any day between September 8 and 12, show that close to 98
percent of youths are literate compared to a regional average of 69,4
percent while the adult literacy rate is 89,4 percent, way ahead of the
regional average of 59,2 percent. Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland are third
on 81 percent while Mozambique recorded the lowest at 46 percent. Last year,
the Organisation of Economic Co-operation and Development ranked the quality
of education on offer in Zimbabwe as the third best in Africa, after Tunisia
and Kenya, and 39th in the world.

The quality of mathematics and science education in Zimbabwe was ranked 70th
in the world with Morocco at 49th and Benin at 55th adjudged to be the only
other African countries better in this department. The Deputy Minister of
Education, Sport and Culture, Cde Titus Maluleke, who was the guest of
honour during the International Literacy Day celebrations in Guruve this
week, commended Zimbabwe for making significant strides in eradicating
illiteracy. The celebrations were held under the theme, "Literacy, key to
good health and well being". In a speech read on his behalf by the acting
quality assurance director in the ministry, Mr Nelson Kapisi, at Chakaodza
Primary School on Wednesday, Cde Maluleke noted that the progress on the
literacy rate had been great, especially among women.

"Women have recorded tremendous success in reducing their illiteracy rate to
a mere 4 percent today from 64 percent before the attainment of independence
in 1980," he said. Cde Maluleke said literacy was key to enhancing human
capabilities with wide-ranging benefits including improved health and family
planning, HIV and Aids prevention, children's education, poverty reduction
and active citizenship, among others.

The deputy minister expressed gratitude to Plan Zimbabwe and Unesco for
partnering his ministry in support of the adult literacy programme. He urged
the two organisations to continue with the support until Zimbabwe achieved
100 percent literacy.

Chakaodza Primary School, which hosted the celebrations, has a class of 19
adults between 36 and 60 years of age who are under the adult literacy
programme. President Mugabe launched the literacy campaign in Mudzi in July
1983. Literacy remains an elusive target in Africa with 60 percent of adults
on the continent unable to read or write. According to Unesco, more than 700
million adults, mostly women, lack minimum literacy skills globally.

It is believed that almost 800 million people worldwide are functional
illiterates, meaning they can neither read, write nor count. Zimbabwe's
impressive literacy statistics have been premised on a sound education
system that has advanced in leaps and bounds since independence in 1980.

Such a people, once with the Mind liken to a Star, in the midst of its family, united together with a common cause and an unbreakable bond, Black people no longer can boast of such a commonality, Bond, and Likeness any more, we have become as a Meteor flying aimless throughout the Heaven, having no set identifiable Home of which the Black Mind Clang to, with respect and honor, proud no longer to be as we were in the First of our Stay on this Planet, a fete that no longer has value in the Mind of a People that Lost their Way of Living and with the Universe being a family Unit unto us all, they that wear the Divine coat of the Perfect Night.

To violate God is to violate the Soul of Self and with such a violation come Death to a Mind that Lived a Divine Life with the Family, The Heavenly bodies, the Elements, and All that did flow out of the Perfect Night, an Honor we no longer respect nor value and that is why Black People will never again be a Whole unto ourselves Soul, the source that keep the Molecules fixed together in unity so that the Mind may be made to be manifest in the Body, the Temple for the Soul, it representing the God Essence, the Force And action that represent Divine Truth and Reality, the Action that is Eternity and Infinite in its action.

Never again will the Black Race be Free again, the Dichotomy is to infested within the Mind of Black People and our every action take us further away from the Center of the Black Soul, an energy in Harmony with the gods of the Universe, yet the Mind of the Black World has become an Enemy unto ourselves, putting us out of Harmony with the Soul, that which deviate nor Change Not, always consistence in providing the Mind with Divine Information, yet endeavor not to influence, leaving such Life decisions up to the Mind, Body, and Spirit, they that reveal the quality of Life that is being Lived and that is why I am being allowed to inform you that the Black World as once was before, will never be Free, now, what does that say to the saying that, As We Were Before, So Shall We Be Again, so, does what I say to you as I write to you, contradict such an Axiom of a Proverb ?

It is given to me to share with us Black People, as each ticking sound of the Clock, the Black World is experiencing an action of Evolved Ascension, In Body, Mind, And Spirit,( Attitudinal Behavior ) so all that claim to be Afrikan and Black, is not Black and Divine, yet it be the Divine Black Beings that is in keeping with the Mind Life of the First Way Ancestors and it be they that will taste the Divine Nectar of Freedom, which is in keeping with the Saying, As We Were Before, So Shall We Be Again, and yet there are those that will never again to be Black and Divine, and they be the Afrikan Black Beings and there be the representative of the Dichotomy of the Black Mind, One is Human and the other is Divine.

There will rise a New Heaven and a New Earth, each being in Harmony, Order, And Balance with each other, yet each representing the Last, which Is In Actuality The First, And The First being Last, meaning in the Divine Presence Of Unity, They Be The One and The Same, And It Be They That Will Revisit The Divine Nectar Of Freedom, On Earth.

But such a Freedom is nonnegotiable, It Will Take Place the Same Place as the First of the Black Freedom Took Place, yes, there in a place that now is referred to as Afrika, yet to the First Way Ancestors, It was The Divine Dwelling Place Of the gods, Black and in Unity, That They Were, and Shall Be again, So Says The First Way gods, our Divine Black Ancestors, They That Lie Not, being Born In The Midst Of The Eternal Infinite Energy Essence and Shaped In The Divine Truth And Reality Of The Perfect Night, Thus They being The Divine True Children Of gods of the GOD Of Eternal Infinity.

It is the Foolish Black Mind that Live without Thinking and to Think is to Know The Divine Truth about what was the cause of the Fall of The Black Divine Unified Nation, a Nation Free to interact with the gods, out from the Universe did they come, it be Foolish Black Mind that do not know the reason and purpose for such an Action to be allowed to take place, and now, we Want to Dictate what God is to be to the World of a Profane, Evil World of Trickery.

You now know not, the attributes of Victory and Liberty, Freedom is no longer a desired goal of the Black Afrikan, Perks Claimed to be Freedom, is serving only as an attribute of deception, concerning Freedom, causing the Black Afrikan Human Being to be Divided and Satisfied with the Wanting Crumbs that fall from the Human Being Table of evil, no longer are you able to be Free, because you the Afrikan Human Being, you now serve to be your biggest stumbling Block, preventing you from having Respect for A Life that deserve to be at Liberty and peace with the Soul.

2) LACK OF NATIONALITY, and a National Flag and National Seal to solidify distinction in the International Community.

A Chinese Man is from CHINA, A Russian Man is from RUSSIA, An Australian Man is from AUSTRALIA. There is NO such Nationality as an African-American because they are both one in the same. Africa is the Modern name and America is the contemporary name. Both of these names were most likely perpetrated on the land by the same un-natural non-indigenous "Parasitic" Foreigner. The combined two (2) continents inappropriately now known as € ¦’³America€ ¦’´ was originally referred to as AL MOROC and Ancient AMEXEM at on point or another.
