Economist say India’s socio-economic fabric makes conventional sources of finance inaccessible to the poor, as a result of which the microfinance sector assumes great importance. And when these microfinance services and products are delivered through the Common Servive centres (or telecentres), it is definitely a blessing for the the rural poor.
