Basheerhamad Shadrach undertook a trip to Saurath, near Madhubani, a place in Bihar, one of the largest and under-developed states of India. Saurath is some 25km away from the Indo- Nepal border. Here is where Drishtee Foundation, one of telecentre.org’s valued partners have chosen to set up a BPO centre on a pilot basis to determine if and how rural telecentres can be a part of the chain of a distributed BPO service offered to Indian urban based and multinational customers.
