Arafatul Islam from Bangladesh, a Journalist, blogger ( he writes on the voices of south blog) and development worker met up with Helena (who is now a ward commissioner) from the Mukhara village in Bangladesh whose life has changed since she started using grammen bank's mobile phone. Arafutul says- 'A soft touch of ICT brought solvency for Helena and turned her into an entrepreneur'.
