Rwanda Telecentre Leaders learning tour to India

Paul Barera, Manager, Rwanda Telecentre Network, and Eric Sesonga and Emile Musonera of Rwandan Information Technology Authority (RITA) are on a study tour to India to learn from the Indian Telecentre movement. Today this team from Rwanda met at the IDRC office in India before meeting key officials in the Department of Information Technology,Government of India.
