4th East Africa Telecentre Leaders Forum
The fourth East African Telecentre Leaders Forum (EA-TLF) is slated for October 22nd – November 9th 2007 in Kampala, Uganda. The event to be hosted by UgaBYTES Initiative is to run in two phases; the online session on the UgaBYTES mailing list from October 22- 2 November 2007 and the face-to face session from 8th-9th November 2007 in Kampala.
