Global Green USA's National Green School Makeover Competition
Global Green USA is working to ensure that every child has the opportunity to learn in a healthier, greener school. Global Green USA's National Green School Makeover Competition will award a $65,000 cash prize to one K-12 school for an innovative green school project plus approximately $65,000 of free technical assistance from Global Green USA. An additional four schools will receive $2,500 toward their green school renovations.
The deadline for schools to enter to receive a ‘Green Makeover’ is September 30th, 2011 and the award winners will be announced in December 2011.
